Job Summary :
As a member of the Registration Rangers you are an essential piece to our team and make it possible for campers to have an unforgettable experience! You give guests their first impression of the camp! Registration Rangers take reservations, help with check-in / out, answer guest questions, help at the Ranger Station, and more! At Binghamton Jellystone Park™ you will be responsible for learning both reservations and the store / merchandising side of things.
We will specifically cross-train you and you may step into another role when needed. We are looking for crew members who will go above and beyond for our campers, have an energetic and friendly demeanor, and a can-do attitude! We are memory-makers and WOW moment creators!
Job Qualifications :
You must be at least 16 years of age
Have valid NYS work permit / certificate(s)
Be comfortable working with children and messes (e.g : chocolate syrup slip n’ slide)
Be able to lift at least 35lbs
Be comfortable working indoors / outdoors regardless of weather conditions
May be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
This role is part-time and requires full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays (Please note that busy camping days are Thursdays-Sundays and holidays like Memorial and Independence Days)

General Responsibilities :
Greet and establish rapport with guests
Field comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Manager
Check guests in and out for their reservations
Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing
Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files
Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials
Other duties as assigned
